Almost identical, except I swapped tea for a glass of water with lemon. The pause is doing most of the work for me, honestly.
I make the bed first. Sounds trivial but it's the domino that starts everything else. Rosemary in the diffuser while I do it.
Mine is 90 seconds: stretch, window, one drop of sweet orange on my wrists. Anything longer and I skip it entirely on busy days.

This. I tested a week without oils and kept the ritual — still felt better. The scent is the cue, not the cure.
Wintergreen for me, but only in winter. Feels wrong in July.
